Intellectual property (IP) rights protect businesses’ intangible assets, allowing them to profit from their creative and innovative activities.

Year by year, the share of intangible assets in companies’ asset portfolios is rapidly increasing, and these assets now account for more than half the value of a company. Therefore, managing IP for businesses is becoming more and more important – especially for SMEs – in order to survive in today’s highly competitive markets.
